Summit Lake

Summit Lake on Mt. Evans Highway. Mt. Evans is the highest paved road in North America. The parking lot at the top is 14,127' and the short hike to the summit will take you to 14,264'. Mt. Evans is located south of Idaho Springs, Colorado.
